Ellon Studio เป็นสตูดิโอออนไลน์สำหรับทำซีรีส์วิดีโอสั้น ช่วยค้นคว้า เขียนเรื่อง วาดภาพ ทำเสียง ทำภาพเคลื่อนไหว ตัดต่อ และโพสต์ขึ้น YouTube หรือเพจ Facebook โดยใช้บริการ AI ของผู้ให้บริการภายนอก ฟีเจอร์อาจเพิ่ม เปลี่ยน หรือหยุดได้ เราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าเมื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงกระทบงานของคุณอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ

• คุณต้องบรรลุนิติภาวะ (อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป) หรือได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง และต้องมีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 13 ปี
• ให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง เก็บรหัสผ่านเป็นความลับ และแจ้งเราทันทีถ้าสงสัยว่ามีคนอื่นเข้าบัญชี
• คุณรับผิดชอบทุกอย่างที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีของคุณ หนึ่งบัญชีสำหรับหนึ่งคน

ตอนนี้บริการทำงานด้วย API key ของคุณเองจากผู้ให้บริการ AI เช่น Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs และ Kling ค่าใช้ AI เรียกเก็บโดยผู้ให้บริการกับบัญชีของคุณโดยตรง การใช้งานของคุณกับผู้ให้บริการแต่ละเจ้าอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของเจ้านั้นด้วย

เราแสดงราคาประเมินก่อนงานที่ต้องจ่ายเงินและมีเพดานค่าใช้จ่ายของบัญชี แต่ราคาจริงขึ้นกับผู้ให้บริการ เราไม่รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่ผู้ให้บริการเรียกเก็บจากงานที่คุณสั่ง เราแนะนำให้ตั้งวงเงินสูงสุดที่ฝั่งผู้ให้บริการด้วย

บัญชีใหม่เริ่มที่แพ็กฟรีซึ่งไม่มีวันหมดอายุ แพ็กพรีเมียม (รายเดือนหรือรายปี) ชำระผ่านพร้อมเพย์และแสดงราคาและระยะเวลาให้เห็นก่อนชำระทุกครั้ง เมื่อพรีเมียมหมดอายุ บัญชีกลับเป็นแพ็กฟรีโดยงานเดิมยังอยู่ครบ ทั้งสองแพ็กใช้ API key ของผู้ใช้เอง ค่า AI เรียกเก็บจากผู้ให้บริการโดยตรง

สิ่งที่คุณใส่เข้ามา (ไอเดีย บท รูป เสียง วิดีโอ) และงานที่สร้างจากบริการเป็นของคุณ เท่าที่กฎหมายและข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการ AI อนุญาต คุณอนุญาตให้เราเก็บ ประมวลผล และส่งต่อเนื้อหาเหล่านั้นเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บริการแก่คุณเท่านั้น เช่น ส่งให้ผู้ให้บริการ AI ที่คุณใช้ หรือโพสต์ไปยังช่องที่คุณสั่ง

คุณรับรองว่ามีสิทธิ์ในทุกอย่างที่อัปโหลด รวมถึงได้รับความยินยอมจากคนที่ปรากฏในรูปหรือเสียงนั้น

• งานจาก AI อาจไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่ครบ หรือคล้ายงานที่มีอยู่แล้ว ตรวจก่อนเผยแพร่ทุกครั้ง โดยเฉพาะข้อเท็จจริงในสารคดี
• เราไม่รับประกันว่างานที่ได้จะไม่ซ้ำกับของคนอื่น หรือจดทะเบียนลิขสิทธิ์ได้ในทุกประเทศ
• คุณรับผิดชอบการเปิดเผยว่าใช้ AI ตามกฎของแพลตฟอร์มที่โพสต์ เช่น ป้ายเนื้อหาสังเคราะห์ของ YouTube และป้ายข้อมูล AI ของ Meta

• ทำให้ดูเหมือนคนจริงพูดหรือทำสิ่งใด โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากคนนั้น หรือแอบอ้างเป็นบุคคลหรือองค์กรอื่น
• เนื้อหาผิดกฎหมาย เนื้อหาทางเพศที่เกี่ยวกับผู้เยาว์ในทุกรูปแบบ หรือเนื้อหาทางเพศของคนจริงที่ไม่ยินยอม
• เนื้อหาที่คุกคาม ปลุกปั่นความเกลียดชัง ส่งเสริมความรุนแรง หรือหลอกลวงคนดูให้เสียหาย รวมถึงข่าวปลอมที่ทำให้ดูเหมือนจริง
• ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ เครื่องหมายการค้า หรือสิทธิ์ส่วนบุคคลของผู้อื่น
• ส่งสแปม หลบเลี่ยงเพดานหรือการจำกัดของระบบ เจาะระบบ หรือเข้าถึงข้อมูลของบัญชีอื่น
• ใช้บริการผิดข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการ AI หรือของแพลตฟอร์มที่โพสต์

การเชื่อมช่อง YouTube ใช้ YouTube API Services การเชื่อมและใช้ฟีเจอร์ YouTube ถือว่าคุณยอมรับ ข้อกำหนดการให้บริการของ YouTube และข้อมูลของคุณอยู่ภายใต้ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ Google ด้วย

การเชื่อมเพจ Facebook อยู่ภายใต้ ข้อกำหนดของ Meta และ มาตรฐานชุมชน เราโพสต์เฉพาะเมื่อคุณสั่งหรือตามเวลาที่คุณตั้งไว้เท่านั้น

คุณรับผิดชอบเนื้อหาที่โพสต์และการตั้งค่าของคลิป รวมถึงการระบุว่าคลิปสร้างมาเพื่อเด็กหรือไม่ บริการอธิบายผลของการตั้งค่าให้ แต่ไม่ตัดสินแทนคุณ

คุณเลิกใช้และขอลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อ ตามขั้นตอนใน นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว เราอาจระงับหรือปิดบัญชีที่ทำผิดข้อกำหนดนี้ ทำให้ผู้อื่นหรือระบบเสียหาย หรือเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด และจะแจ้งเหตุผลเมื่อทำได้

บริการให้ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ เราพยายามให้ระบบทำงานต่อเนื่องและปลอดภัย แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าจะไม่มีข้อผิดพลาดหรือหยุดชะงัก เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม การสูญเสียรายได้ หรือค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้ให้บริการภายนอก และความรับผิดรวมของเราไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่คุณจ่ายให้เราใน 12 เดือนก่อนเกิดเหตุ ข้อนี้ไม่จำกัดความรับผิดที่กฎหมายไม่อนุญาตให้จำกัด

เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้ เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในบริการหรือทางอีเมลอย่างน้อย 14 วันก่อนมีผล การใช้ต่อหลังจากนั้นถือว่ายอมรับข้อกำหนดใหม่

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ข้อพิพาทให้อยู่ในอำนาจของศาลไทย

Ellon Studio (the "Service") is operated by TODO: operator / company name ("we", "us"). By signing up for or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Ellon Studio is an online studio for making short video series. It helps you research, write, illustrate, voice, animate, edit and publish short videos to YouTube or Facebook Pages, using AI services from third-party providers. Features may be added, changed or discontinued; we will give notice when a change materially affects your work.

• You must be of legal age in Thailand (20) or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and in any case be at least 13 years old.
• Provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person.

The Service currently runs on your own API keys from AI providers such as Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs and Kling. AI usage is billed by each provider directly to your account with them, and your use of each provider is also governed by that provider's terms.

We show cost estimates before paid work and apply account spending ceilings, but actual charges are set by the providers. We are not responsible for provider charges arising from work you request. We recommend setting spending limits with each provider as well.

New accounts start with a free trial. For any paid plan, the price, duration and refund terms are shown before you pay. Baht credits are not yet available; when they launch, additional terms on pricing, refunds and credit expiry will apply and will be presented before use.

You own what you put in (ideas, scripts, images, audio, video) and what you create with the Service, to the extent permitted by law and by the AI providers' terms. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide the Service to you, for example sending it to the AI providers you use or publishing it to the channels you choose.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including the consent of any person whose likeness or voice appears in it.

• AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to existing works. Review everything before publishing, especially factual claims in documentaries.
• We do not guarantee that output is unique or that it can be protected by copyright in every jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for disclosing AI use as each platform requires, such as YouTube's altered or synthetic content label and Meta's AI info label.

You may not use the Service to:

• depict a real person saying or doing anything without that person's consent, or impersonate any person or organisation;
• create illegal content, any sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual sexual content of real people;
• harass, promote hatred or violence, or deceive viewers to their harm, including realistic fabricated news;
• infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights;
• send spam, circumvent limits or quotas, attack the Service, or access another account's data;
• violate the terms of any AI provider or publishing platform.

The YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or using YouTube features in the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your information is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

The Facebook integration is subject to Meta's Terms and Community Standards. We publish only when you ask us to, or at a time you have scheduled.

You are responsible for what you publish and for each video's settings, including whether it is made for kids. The Service explains what each setting does but never decides it for you.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, harm others or the Service, or where the law requires, and will tell you why where we can.

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and secure but do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, or third-party provider charges, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice in the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute.
